2:00 PM: Meet your guide and head to a vibrant local market. Shop for herbs, vegetables, and proteins while learning about each ingredient’s place in Vietnamese cuisine. 3:30 PM: Return to your host’s home. Don an apron and begin your cooking lesson, guided step-by-step by your host. 5:30 PM: Set the table together and share a celebratory dinner, discussing food traditions, family life, and your impressions of Hanoi. 8:00 PM: Receive recipe cards as a souvenir and return to your hotel with a full belly and new culinary skills.
